No but. why are you not trusting your doctor's conclusion? By the way, did you mean high TPO instead of TBO? Was the TSH negative =zero or normal? None of these tests however pointed to lupus but were compatible with Hashimoto's with still normal thyroid function (normal TSH) eventually leading to hypothyroid status and thus requiring regular follow-up.
