I am 26. Several months ago little red bumps started popping up on my upper arms. Where are they coming from and how can I get rid of them?

In brief: Need to know dx

These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.
Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.

In brief: ARM BUMPS

Difficult to know without seeing these bumps.
If they do not itch, it could be a harmless condition called keratosis pilaris. An over-the-counter cream that you can try is amlactin (no financial interest!) if it doesn't get better, see a dermatologist.
