Hello. You should speak with your neurologist about adjustments to your seizure med.
Don't perform any med changes without their approval. Occipital ocular epilepsy can be confused with migraines because of the aura but the auras with migraines are usually longer. Basilar migraines can be confused with epilepsy b/c presentation is very similar. Not as clear cut as originally thought in the past.
