Please advise about the treatment of TRANSCOBALAMIN II DEFICIENCY? Is there any medication to support insuficiently produced transcobalamin? Thank you

In brief: B 12 injection

If you are deficient in B 12 it is likely to be due to problems with absorption of the vitamin.
The only sure way to replace it is by injection of B12, at a minimum of 1000microgrms every three months. Your doctor may try a higher dose or more frequent injection. See this site for more info. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000574.htm
