In brief: ? sinusitis

While it is fine to take those medicines in your question, you need to see your doctor, you might need more, your doctor may order some tests or imaging studies and may give you antibiotics if it is bacterial sinusitis, goodluck

In brief: Ocular Hypertension?

If you have eye pain, the Flonase (fluticasone propionate), an intranasal steroid, might be causing a steroid responsive intraocular pressure elevation and risk for glaucomatous optic atrophy plus the risk for cataract.
Have your eye pressure checked with and without Flonase use, and get a baseline visual field study if you must use intranasal steroids on a chronic basis.
