In brief: Damage

You have some scarring (fibrosis) and, perhaps, hyperinflation (enlargement) of your lungs.
These are signs of damage. If you smoke, you surely should quit. If you're exposed to second hand smoke or toxic fumes, try to avoid them if possible. If you're over 50, it may just be...that you're over 50! We have many exposures as the years progress that are unavoidable.
