Rx for vertigo. If you are sure it is BPV (are you sure?) you could do these things: 1. vestibular exercises, like home epley manuever 2. restrict dietary salt 3. use meclizine medication as needed There are other causes of these symptoms too- be sure you have the right diagnosis.
