-have lots of sugar, & is not 4 wt loss, but 2 increase Ur daily protein intake.
Mainly should B ingested after a work out. Best way 2 loose wt is am workouts, day of rest or cardio, & use protein supplements only if Ur daily intake is insufficient. Maintenance is 50gms/day if U do not get this then a supplement may B needed. Always read the labels for caloric & sugar content.
