I have my tubes tied and im off my period but I noticed some mild bleeding. What could this be?

If the bleeding persists more than two weeks, get with your gynecologist.
Obviously, we want to rule out cancer or catch it when it is still easy to treat successfully. Cancer of both the cervix and the endometrium often present this way, and you should be commended for the pro-active approach to your health that you have already taken.
