What is the best magnesium form for the body to absorb and how can we find fast relief for a defeciency can we use homeopathy and salt bathes too?

Magnesium is great! Magnesium glycinate is usually the best absorbed orally but can be expensive. Any form of oral magnesium can act like a laxative if too much is taken at one time. Mg is very safe but people with kidney disease need to be careful and should ask their doctor. Topical Mg does work well, both oils and creams are available commercially- great for muscle spasms! Epsom salt baths work well for deficiency.
