In brief: Don't plan on it

EIB is just one form of asthma that has genetic input and a chance of moving to more aggressive forms over a lifetime.
You can't alter your genes & this doesn't disappear like an ear infection. Some find that the will not trigger wheezing if the warm up slow before sports & you might also. The only person to suffer if you don't respect your asthma/treat it as needed is you.

In brief: Probably not

except that your chances in winning a competition or completing the intended exercise will be reduced.
It is unlikely for you to "grow out" of it at your age and there is a small chance that your asthma may progress to become persistent asthma.
