Let it be. Leaving it alone is the best option. You may try warm fomentation. Do not try to pop it as that will only lead to a scar. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. They may be able to start you off on a combination of topical and/or oral medications as they think appropriate to use to bring breakouts under control. No good home remedy. The only thing to be done at home is modifying diet to exclude dairy and high sugar carbohydrates. Over the counter acne meds like benzoyl peroxide and sulfur preparations may be helpful for mild acne. However, cystic acne doesn't respond well to over the counter meds.
