Just had chalazion eye surgery. Doctor told me to do warm compresses and scubs...the rest of the fluid will not drain out. At all. What should I do?

In brief: Give it time

Usually once chalazion drainage is done it takes a while for the remaining material to liquify and drain.
If the opening closes then the chalazion can reoccur. Usually though it'll slowly resolve by itself.
