Recently, I have noticed pale white round patches on the tongue, which are bumpy. A milky white spot on the side of tongue. Bad acid reflux. Pls help.

Tongue patches. This really requires examination. There are "normal" papillae on your tongue which may become coated, especially with reflux disease and bacterial or fungal colonization. Milky white spots wipe off in fungal infection. However, in some cases, there are "geographic" patches (called geographic tongue) which can and do colonize bacteria and fungus. A dentist or oral surgeon should evaluate.
