Heard something about gut flora and its role in fat loss. What is it? If it does actually help lose fat, what can be done to get the desired result?

Gut microbiota. Many studies have found that altering the gut microbiota can make you fat (if you're lean) or vise versa----if you're a mouse. This line of research is interesting and provocative, but it is not clear how/whether it applies to humans.
