I have been diagnosed as having multiloculated paramenial cyst iny left knee. How do refuce pain and swelling. Don't want to resort to injections?

Meniscal tear likely. Chronic meniscal tears are often associated with large posterior knee cysts. The angry knee joint capsule synovial cells make excess joint fluid as an injury response and the weak spot is routinely posterior in the capsule juxtaposed to a degenerative meniscal tear. Aspirations with give temporary relief, but until underlying cause of swelling dealt with-- swelling recurs.
