There is a right sided protruding disc between the L5 and S1 vertebrae which is pressing on the right S1 nerve.
Typically this will cause pain and/or numbness down the back of the leg, into the side of the foot, and there may be weakness when trying to push down with your foot (i.e. pressing on the car accelerator).
