In brief: School vaccines

With the exception of certain exemptions, 4 doses of IPV (last after 4th birthday), two doses of MMR and Varicella, 3 doses of Hepatitis B, 5 doses of DTaP (last dose after 4th birthday) , 3-4 doses of HiB and 4 doses of Prevnar (pneumococcal vaccine) are standard.
Middle school students are expected to have a dose of Menactra and TdaP.
