My 3 year old daughter just had some blood work . Her creatinine level was 1.49. All other items were normal. Dr says no worries. Should we?

In brief: Perhaps

Creatinine is a byproduct cleared by the kidneys, normally completely.
A 3 year old should have a creatinine somewhere near 0.2 to 0.4, sometimes a little higher if dehydration is present. But 1.49 is pretty high. It could be lab artifact (bad labwork) but it either needs to be followed up or a value like that might suggest the other labs are suspect in their accuracy.
