In brief: Yes it if prescribed

It is ok for a short period if prescribed by your doctor. Ibuprofen 600 mgmcan be taken every 6to8 hours not to exceed three times a day as long as you have no problem with your stomach like ulcer or reflux or gastritis and if you get any stomach complaints stop it and do not take longer then 5to7 days Acetam/codein can be taken every 4 hours Flexeril three times a day

In brief: IbuprofenFlexeril #3

Do you take Ibuprofen in order to reduce the number of #3 pills taken in a 24 hour period of time? You must be dealing with spams or cramps since you included Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) in your medicine list.
It's okay to "stagger" these medications but the best thing is keeping the use of all of these to the bare minimum in order to keep your risk of kidney and liver impairment as low as possible.
