Hello, Iam taking remeron 30 mg daily, for sleeping. Can I take paroxitine or zoloft (sertraline) with it for social anxiety?

In brief: Yes you can

You can take Remeron (mirtazapine) along with an SSRI.
There is a slight increased risk for serotonin syndrome. However, your doctor can advise you on the risks, benefits and side effects of your medicine and monitor you accordingly. This combination is usually well tolerated in healthy younger patients. Best wishes!
