Can bad environmental allergies cause you to snore? I'm on shots but can't get to maintenance due to reactions. I take meds/sprays but still snore.

See ENT to find out if there are other causes for upper airway obstruction (septal deviation, large adenoid , obesity etc) and also make sure that you do not have sleep apnea.

May try sleeping on a wedge to elevated your head and/or Breathe-right nasal strip to expand your nasal passages.
