I am 17 year old male and I ate 150 gummy vitamins over 3 months. Will I be ok?

In brief: Yes

That is less than 2 a day.
Most gummy vitamins are low potency and the only vitamins that are really toxic are taking massive amounts of pre-formed Vit A or iron. I don't know what brand you took but most gummy vitamins have little or no iron and little Vitamin A. Most gummy vitamins are so weak you could eat 150 at once and be OK (though I do NOT recommend it). See comment:

Gummy vitamins are OK for little kids who can not swallow pills. I see no reason for adults (or teens) to take them. Take a real quality vitamin - see http://www.multivitaminguide.org/ for independent ratings of 101 brads. Any in the top 35 are great. If you want candy eat candy, not candy-flavored vitamins.

In brief: Like a candy

The gummy vitamins are more easily absorbed as they are soft and chew-able, which makes them VERY popular. They are more like candy than a pill/medication.
Potentially they could be used like candy with several handfuls at a time. Best to use a weekly pill box at get accurate daily intake. If you are worried about an overdose, okay to call your doc or local poison control line. Be well.
