Is it possible that I have MS? I have fatigue, anxiety, weight loss, hand tremors, double vision, tingling sensations, had a UTI.

See a neurologist. There could be several potential causes for your troubles and they may not be related to MS. I strongly recommend an appointment with a neurologist to get to the cause.
See your PCP. for consultation, tests, imaging and treatment options.
