In brief: Little difference

Despite all the hoopla and huckstering, the biggest, most recent studies showed no difference between vegans and carnivores in longevity, overall health, or any category of illness.
Vegans who do not know EXACTLY what they are doing and supplement as they need to end up with brain damage, anemia, and painful bones. Vegetarianism is clearly a moral choice and many folks simply prefer it.
