In brief: Wrong question

Cost of Orthodontic Rx depends on complexity of the case and anticipated time in Rx.
Some offices have a slight surcharge for clear braces, others do not, as time in Rx may be affected by choice of appliance. See a fully qualified Orthodontic Spcialist to find out what' subset for you, and how to best go about arriving at the best result possible.

In brief: Depends on Doctor

Only your doctor can determine if they charge more.
Many do. We don't.

In brief: $500 - $1000 more

Ceramic braces are more expensive and they are not as strong as metal braces, but they look great.
I might be ideal for you if you’ve always wanted to straight teeth but weren’t sure about having all that metal in your mouth.

Because some dentists charge different prices they can be more or less. They do cost the dentist more to purchase as a product and they are more difficult for the dentist to use than metal braces due to their increased ease of fracture. However, in our practice we charge the same for both currently. We look at it as a good deal for our patients to have either option knowing the plusses and minuses

In brief: A little more

we charge $200 per arch more for ceramic-- other practices may vary but that should give you a starting point to work from
