I eat 1700 calories a day, run 4 miles everyday, do insanity workouts and weight lift, why can't i lose weight? Should i eat more to lose more?

Eat three small meals leaving table satisfied but not stuffed. No snacks, no sugar containing drinks, minimize alcohol and increase amount of aerobic exercise. Have your thyroid function tested by your PCP. Good luck and be skinny.
