Cat scan of sinus today showed thickening and a few cysts/polyps. Facial/headache for a month. Got Medrol (methylprednisolone). Anything else I can do for chronic sinus?

In brief: Many things

But ideally you should review this with your ENT doc.
Often interventions like nasal saline irrigation(sometimes with baby shampoo too as a surfactant), antibiotic or antifungal rinses(sometimes even oral antibiotics), and antileukotriene medications, and then in the long run, sometimes sinus surgery is necessary.
