usually we use vitamin E topically by squeezing the oil or the fluid out of the pill for regular abdominal scars from surgery .try and see you can use any of the cream available OTC for the same purpose as well. good luck.

Do you mean like in the case of Peyronie's disease, where there is penile fibrosis often resulting in curvature.
If so, the literature in regards to oral vitamin E supplementation is quite poor. There may be a synergistic effect of vitamin E when taking with colchicine for mild peyronies, but most of the effect seems to be from colchicine.
