Does dysautonomia (MSA) always cause dizziness and orthostatic hypotension upon standing?

In brief: Not if well controld

Sorry for the misspelling up top Laura but I only had 20 letters to use so I had to make an EXECUTIVE decision to violate one of my rule on always making sure my paper had NO spelling mistakes before turning it in to my teacher! LOL.
If a person with TRUE MSA were well controlled (how's that?) with fluids, compression stockings, appropriate meds, etc. then, folks can stand without being dizzy.
