I am a 53 year old male, had a mild heart attack 2 years ago, have lupus also, arteries are too small for stent, I am smoking still, will meds work for?

Heart disease. Most interventions (medical or surgical) today are based on medical evidence based on research and are used only if they have been shown to be effective. Please discuss your case with your cardiologist and ask her/him to direct to the evidence for whatever medications she/he is recommending. There are too many medications and each should be discussed in the context.
