In brief: Not exactly

Teen w.
Chron's has anxiety, fatigue, "muscle twitches" & myalgias. These are symptoms; which can occur in Fibromyalgia (FM). Primary cause of FM officially "unknown". IBS, Chron's & Ulcerative colitis might be varying intensities of dysautonomia of intestinal Smooth muscle. My evaluations have found pelvic joint instabilities in Chron's patients & per diagnostic criteria given in the ODG.
