Diagnosed w/ Vestibular neuritis on left ear, I got tinnitus, MRI of brain shows no issues. Since then right eye a bit blurry, is there a connection?

Probably not. There is no direct connection between the vision of one eye and the ear (vestibular system), so it seems unlikely that there is a relationship. However, if you are still having some jumping of eyes (nystagmus) from the vestibular neuritis, you might note visual blurring, but in BOTH eyes, though you might perceive it as only one eye. I was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis by ENT five months ago, I am recovering slowly, but recently my ears itch more than normal, should I worry?

Not a worry. The itching and vestibular neuritis are not likely connected. itching in and around the ears may be caused by dryness or over cleaning the ears with Q-tips. My ENT thinks I have chronic vestibular neuritis, but for over 7 days now I have had constant headache on top of head and very lightheaded? Concerned?

Could be right. Your ENT may be right. It is not those symptoms that would make that diagnosis though, it would be loss of balance, sense of movement, or difficulty with your hearing. Sometimes a headache or a feeling of lightheadedness can be associated. Read more...
