I am on depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) and recently I have had really painful cramps. How do I get rid of them?

Cramps. one can use one of the NSAIDs for period cramps. I have found with my patients they do better with Aleve (naproxen) per package directions. If this does not help then see the physician who is giving you your contraceptive shots for help.
