In brief: Internal dialogue

What you're describing internal dialogue.
Everybody has their own internal dialogue; this is normal for everyone. This is our way of mentalizing or negotiating with our internal and external worlds. Ask yourself, does this internal dialogue interfere with sleep, general functioning, or growth? If so, consider speaking with a reputable psychotherapist about what you've described here.
