Negativity? There are some points in a day where I feel very negative about my health, assuming its hypochondria. What can I do to stop these thoughts

Counselor? That's an obvious answer--my thought is get into a workout program or martial arts & after a few months of vigorous exercise you may be convinced you are in pretty good shape! If that doesn't appeal go the obvious route!
Cbt. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is often the most effective approach to treating hypochondria. Psychoeducation and exposure therapy have been used as well as treatment with antidepressant medications when warranted.
