In brief: Many possible causes

Itchy spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, other infections, medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams / lotions, allergic reactions to various things (including foods), internal disorders (such as kidney disease, auto-immune disease), etc.
.. That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be checked by a doctor.

In brief: Heat rash

Excessive sweating is the usual cause for hypersensitivity skin reactions like this, but your biggest concern is that your own body flora, the bacteria that live in harmony in your skin, normally, do not take over and set up skin infections that spread and threaten your life if resistant strains are at play! Be careful, have your doctor examine you carefully and suggest therapy as soon as possible
