I would like to know the foods, vegetables, fruits, and fluid that contain fermentable carbohydrates.

Simple sugars. short chains of sugar molecules,that are easy to break down. Once these sugars reach your large intestine, bacteria rapidly ferment them. So any simple sugar or processed sugars in your diet, containing syrup, fructose, table sugar etc. Most vegetables are low in sugar. The sugar in fruits is usually bound to fiber, and released slowly. Processed foods with added sugars are to be avoided.
