Nose always runny I've had alergy tests adanoids out and steriod injections into my nose what could it be?

Rule out CSF. The first and foremost thing to rule out in a constantly or frequently runny nose is that it isn't mucus at all, but cerebrospinal fluid from an old, perhaps overlooked, break in the skull. This fluid will prove to contain glucose, using a urine dipstick. Ordinary nose discharge will not. Worry about this first, before you get a list of the diseases of the nose mucosa itself.
