What is the cause? What is the cause for your bilateral burning? Are you a diabetic? Do you have peripheral neuropathy? Those meds that you listed are the standard meds for painful peripheral neuropathy. If you haven't already, go get a nerve test (EMG) to determine if this is true peripheral neuropathy.
