Can I take trintelilx with abilify (aripiprazole) and 50mg of trazadon and ativan?

See your doctor . I think you meant Brintellix. I recommend my patients to check for drug interactions on Drugs.com. According to this tool, you may be at risk for Serotonin Syndrome with the combination of Trazodone and Brintellix. This is not absolute. Your doctor will need to monitor you closely. Talk to your doctor and learn the symptoms or side effects for which you need to watch. .
Combo. Such combo of Brintellix, Abilify, (aripiprazole) Trazodone & Ativan is not uncommon. I would prescribe the first two for depression, Trazodone low dose for sleep, and Ativan as needed for anxiety.

Over Medicated. In my experience when one is on this many medications all working on the brain adding one more medication is not going to help. In fact, you are on sedatives and sleeping medications at the same time and wondering why you are depressed? None of your meds are going to cure your anxiety. Isn't it time to re-assess the plan? You are depressed. The current medications are not working. Start there. Read more...

Different choices. There are many choices at this point, it depends on the depressive sx you are experiencing, and if some improvement from Zoloft so far, the most reasonable and easy course of action it would be to optimize Zoloft, up to 100 or 150 or 200mg. Revisit your doctor. Zoloft is an antidepressant with fairly good antianxiety agent as well. It maybe well to ask your doctor to have you discontinue Buspar (buspirone) , increase zoloft to 100mg (in a.M> of course), ask taper Ativan and discontinue. If sleep continues to be a problem then ask if you can increase trazodone to 100mg at bedtime. Read more...

Yes but. This seems a bit much for anyone. Is there a way that you can speak to your doctor about streamlining your meds. Common side effect. The number of antidepressants you are taking explains why you're having one of the most common side effects males have (loss of libido ; erectile dysfunction) on these drugs. While medications are responsible for much of these problems it may be that the mood disorder itself is also contributing. If sexual function was normal prior to taking these agents then, speak to your doctor about a change. Read more...
