Hello, I had my right fallopian tube removed Dec. 26 due to an ectopic pregnancy. Where does the egg go and can it get fertilized?

Can't be fertilized. When there is no fallopian tube, eggs released by the ovary are released into the area surrounding the ovary and are absorbed by the body. Fertilization takes place in the fallopian tube, and without one, fertilization cannot occur. If your other fallopian tube is intact, then you could still get pregnant every other month, when an egg is released by the ovary with the intact tube.
