How much is a typical visit to an ENT for a facial fracture? We have no insurance and I am very concerned about the cost.

In brief: Varies...$100-$200?

Try and be seen at a teaching institution, as they usually have systems in place which will help negotiate the best possible price, and payment system. The fees may vary widely, but it is important to be seen soon.
If you have a facial fracture, and it requires repair, the best time for intervention is less than 7 to 10 days. After that, the risk of problems goes up a lot!

The visit is not surgery fee, only to see the doc and allow him/her to diagnose the fracture.

Please be prepared for additional costs for radiologic imaging which can be far more costly than the physician's visit

In brief: Doctor fees least of

The doctors fees will probably be the least of all your costs and will be about $150-250 for the initial evaluation which will not include hospital x-rays, lab test, meds, or fees, anesthesia, etc.

Often you can arrange a payment plan that will fit into your budget & still pay off the bills.

In brief: 50-250

But may vary more than that.
Not all facial fx req surgery. Look on asps web pg for those w craniofacial background: these have superior training. Cost of surgery may be 10-20 x the cost of office visit.

In brief: Facial fracture

A bit of advice is in order. As well as ENT or plastic surgeons, facial fractures are also commonly managed by oral surgeons, many who are also mds (ie physicians).
Additionally, many oral surgeons are able to manage these fractures safely and comfortably in an office setting, taking a very significant hospital cost issue out of the equation. Don't limit your options and good luck.
