I have 12.3 of hemoglobin for 2 years straight. Do i need iron supplement?

In brief: Not absolutely

Unless you have symptoms of Anemia(you are not actually anemic) or your Red blood cell indices(such as MCV) are low, you should not take iron supplements.
If you want further evaluation as to why your hemoglobin (Hb) is slightly on the lower side of normal, you should go see your doctor asnd havbve a medical evaluation to check you for any blood loss which is one reason Hb can be lower than normal

Additionally, there are other causes of "anemia" that are not really anemia. Thalassemia is an example. Testing for iron or other deficiencies as well as thalassemia is easily done. See your doctor.
