If you don't have a regular menstrual cycle ; what are other ways to tell that you are ovulating without going to the drug store and buying a kit?

In brief: Likely not ovulating

If you are nor have regular cycles, that is the best evidence that you are NOT ovulating regularly.
You can check basal body temperatures, but this will be very difficult to interpret if cycles are irregular.

In brief: You can check your cervical mucus which is clear and spongy with ovulation.

In addition you can do a BBT-basal body temperature curve.
If you do not see your menses monthly you also do not ovulate monthly (unless you have an IUD like Mirena). You ovulate exactly 2wks before the first day of your menses.
