Is the sensation of something stuck in your throat a symptom of acid reflux/GERD?

In brief: It can be.

That sensation may be a manifestation of food actually having a tough time going through an irritated esophagus, or it may be what is called globus sensation.
Globus sensation is the feeling of something in the throat when nothing is there. It may be related to reflux also. Frequently that sensation goes away with good control of acid reflux. Good luck.
