Some times my heart feels heavy, difficult to breath?

Difficulty breathing. Can be asthma or heart .Since you are male 41 years old follow up with doctor and get EKG, stress test , echocardiogram Get a PFT to test for asthma . Do they know why you fainted as a child? was it cardiac? Could alos be gastritis/ reflux which may respond to ranitidine/ prevecid. Even if respnds to prevecid/ ranitidine get a cardiac work up.
