My hair is thinning like crazy. Not suffering from thyroid/diabetes etc. Always had thin hair, but now it's falling too much. Vitamin deficiency?

Thin hair. Could come from anywhere. Likely to be vitamin D deficiency if you are wearing the full Indian robes. In that case you should take 1000 units of vitamin D a day. In the USA it is available over the counter with 100 tablets per bottle. If that is not changing things in the next few weeks you need a referral to a Dermatologist.

I have hair loss problems and so depressed about it. I don't have problems with my thyroid. And there is no vitamin deficiency. Please help me!

Yes, you do. Start by seeing the family doctor to rule out any physical cause for your depression. Your family doctor can refer you to a psychiatrist for a full psychiatric evaluation and to a psychologist for psychotherapy. Please don't postpone this too long. The longer you wait the harder depression can be to treat. Best wishes. Read more...
