Rash on breast during or after breast feeding?

Common problem. You may be very sensitive. I would suggest being very gentle to your skin as well as aggressive in its care. Put your milk onto your nipples to give it a coating for protection. In addition i would try a lanolin cream or ointment in between feedings, then wipe off gently before next feeding. Moisturize the surrounding skin for more soothing relief.
