In brief: Above 150 rate

Pheochromocytoma, a lesion of the adrenal medulla produces adrenalin and its byproducts which are secreted into the serum to produce side effects.
It usually has three classic symptoms, headache, sweating, and heart palpitations (a fast heart beat) in association with markedly elevated blood pressure (hypertension). Other conditions that may accompany these classic o nes are anxiety and headache

In brief: Very high

pheochromocytoma is a very dangerous condition that could lead to death.
the problem is a hormone producing tumor in the adrenal gland. the patient will have a very high BP that is difficult to bring down. heart rate will go very high flushing in the face and frequent sever headache if you think you might have it you need to see a specialist in endocrine medicine

In brief: Heart and head

If you have a pheochromocytoma you surely are on meds for it.
You need to report this to your doctor. If your heart rates are high it might be better to go now to the nearest emergency room.

In brief: Variable

If you develop certain types of arrhythmias(abnormal heart rhythms) it's possible to have heart rates well into the 200's - though it's not common.
Headaches are often seen in pheo's too, in fact, it's probably the most common symptom reported.
